As
one of the outstanding activities of Ninh Binh 2018
Tourism Week, the walking street stretches from Hidden
Charm hotel to Tam Coc boat dock. Food market in Ninh
Hai market area (Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district).
Here visitors will be visiting and enjoying the
traditional food booths, immersed with the smooth, deep
tones in the folk art performances.
On the first day of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2018 with the
theme "Tam Coc - Trang An gold color", thousands of
visitors from inside and outside the country have poured
into Tam Coc tourism site. Vehicles such as cars and
motorbikes are parked at the Dong Gung bus station area.
This is a necessary condition for the
walking street
in
Tam Coc and food market to operate smoothly. Along with
the people striding on the street lights, we feel the
atmosphere is eager, busy, different compared to normal
days.
The booths displaying and promoting products are
arranged neatly along the street and at the Tam Coc
wharf yard, including display items such as Van Lam
embroidery, Ninh Van handicrafts, precious stone
paintings; Food items such as burnt rice, canned fruits,
beverages...These are all products of enterprises in
Ninh Binh province.
Visitors to Tam Coc tourist resort at this time quite
enjoy and surprised with walking street as well as Tam
Coc food market. Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai (Hanoi) said: This
is not my first time to Tam Coc - Bich Dong site but
this time I was quite surprised and enjoy the walking
street and food market, through which I know more
cultural beauty of the people here. I am particularly
impressed with Van Lam embroidery products. The people
here are not only hospitable, sincere but also very
clever hands, has created the artwork is very
sophisticated and attractive. Mr. Pham Van Luyen (Ninh
Binh City) and his family walk in the street said: Due
to work and daily life that my family does not regularly
visit Tam Coc resort, knowing this week's travel event,
I and my family came and experienced the walking street,
enjoying some folk cuisine and art items. My children
are particularly interested in the water puppet show. I
hope that the walking street with folk art items will be
held regularly, thereby contributing to spread the
beauty of folk art to the younger generation.

Not only are the visitors from all over interested in
organizing the walking street in Tam Coc - Bich Dong
resort, but there are many local people who also take
part in the street experience. Ms Chu Thi Chat from Ninh
Hai commune, said: "I didn't expect where I live and
work today so beautiful. And do not know that in our
province there are many excellent and good quality
products. I think that it is very interesting to go for
a walk, to have a good health and to experience the
culture.
Walking street and Tam Coc food market are held from
19:00 to 23:00 every day until the closing of the
Tourism Week.
